Method :
Use a saucepan. Add the sugar and water
and cook over moderate heat until the white sugar fully dissolves. Set
aside to cool. Add the rose flavoring and red food coloring. The color
should be heavy red as it will be mixed with a lot of water later. Soak
the tulsi seeds in a cup of cold water and they will become form a jelly
like coating. When serving, scoop 2 tablespoons of the syrup in each
glass and fill with the iced water and crushed ice for a very cold
drink. Add syrup according to taste. Then add a spoonful of the soaked
tulsi seeds and serve. |
