Ingredients :
500 ml low-fat milk
2 tablespoon plain yogurt
Method :
Use a small saucepan to heat up the
low-fat milk over a moderate low heat until it starts to boil. Remove
the saucepan from the heat. With a clean heatproof jar, pour in the milk
and set aside to coll or until it becomes lukewarm. Add the plain yogurt
into eht milk, stir gently and cover the jar with a lid. Put the jar
aside for about 8-10 hours to allow the contents to set. Once the yogurt
thickens, chill in the refrigerator and the yogurt can be stored for up
to 6 days. |
