Ingredients :
6 small potatoes
Salt to taste

teaspoon cumin, ground
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala

tablespoon lemon juice
Method :
Wash the potatoes and cook with their
skins. Ensure that the potatoes are not overcook. Drain, cool, peel the
skin and cut into slices. Mix the salt and ground spices, sprinkle on
the potato slices. Add lemon juice and toss lightly to mix. Serve as a
delicious snack. |
