Brush the pork with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place in a preheated oven
at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for
10 minutes, then turn the heat down to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 and continue
cooking for 35 minutes per 450 g/1 lb. Mix together the remaining
ingredients, pour them over the pork and return it to the oven for a final
30 minutes cooking.
