Garlic Flavored Mince Recipe

Ingredients :

Ground to a paste

Medium onions, grated

Turmeric powder

Fresh tomato puree

Mince (lamb or beef)

Salt

Finely chopped garlic

Eggs, lightly beaten

Garam masala powder

Chopped coriander leaves

Chopped mint leaves

 

 

Chopped ginger

Caraway seeds

Cumin seeds

Poppy seeds

Chopped green chilies

Black peppercorns

Coriander seeds

Method :
  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and ground paste, and fry till oil bubbles on the surface, stirring frequently.
  • Add turmeric and tomato puree, and fry till oil bubbles on the surface again.
  • Mix in mince and fry till brown.

  • Stir in salt and 1 cup water, transfer to a pressure cooker and cook under pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Allow cooker to cool before opening it.
  • Sprinkle garlic over the base of a serving dish, spread mince on top and pour over eggs.
  • Sprinkle garam masala, coriander leaves, mint leaves and 2 tablespoons hot oil on top to set the eggs.
  • Serve immediately with bread.
