Masala Chops Recipe

Mutton chops
Oil
Medium onions, grated
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Garam masala powder
Red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Fresh tomato puree
Green chilies, sliced
Chopped coriander leaves

Method :

Wash mutton chops and pat
dry.

Heat oil in a non-stick
pan, add onions, garlic and ginger, and fry till brown.

Sprinkle in spice powders
and salt, and stir well.

Add chops, mix well and
fry till golden brown.

Blend in tomato puree and
fry till oil bubbles on the surface, stirring occasionally.

Stir in 1 1/2 cups water,
cover pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till
chops are tender and gravy is thick.

Garnish with green chilies
and coriander leaves, and serve with naan, tandoori bread or
paratha.
