Meat Curry with Corn Recipe

Large onions, grated
Cumin seeds
Green cardamoms
Cloves
Cinnamon
Bay leaves
Fresh corn, grated
Milk
Curd, whisked
Garlic paste
Chopped green chilies
Chopped coriander leaves
Garam masala powder
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Salt

Method :
-
Wash meat, pat dry and cut
into 4 cm cubes.

Combine ingredients for
marinade, mix in meat and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a non-stick
pan, add onions and fry till golden brown.

Toss in whole spices and
bay leaves, and fry for 2-3 minutes till fragrant.

Add meat with its marinade
and mix well.

Transfer to a pressure
cooker and cook under pressure for 15 minutes.

Allow cooker to cool
before opening it.

Mix in corn and milk, and
cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring continuously to
prevent it from boiling, till gravy thickens.

Serve with lime slices,
tandoori bread or paratha.
