Wash meat, pat dry and cut
into pieces.

Wash dill and drain

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in
a pressure cooker, add onions and fry till brown.

Mix in meat, garlic,
ginger and spice powders, and fry till oil bubbles on the surface,
stirring frequently.

Blend in curd and 1
teaspoon salt, and cook under pressure for 15 minutes.

Allow cooker to cool
before opening it.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a
pressure cooker, add dill and fry for 6-7 minutes.

Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt
and 3 cups water and cook under pressure for 10 minutes.

Allow cooker to cool
before opening it.

Blend and mash dill with a
ladle, mix in dill leaves and simmer for 6-7 minutes.

Add meat to dill and
simmer together for 2-3 minutes more.

Garnish with swirls of
cream and serve.
