Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Bay leaf
Powdered almonds
Fresh tomato puree
Tomato ketchup
Red chili powder
Garam masala powder
Dried fenugreek leaves

Thick curd, whisked

Method :
-
Wash meat, pat dry and
shred.

Combine ingredients for
marinade, mix in meat and marinate for 30 minutes.

Melt butter in a non-stick
pan, add whole spices and fry over low heat for a minute till
fragrant.

Add garlic and ginger and
continue to fry for a few moments.

Mix in meat with its
marinade and fry for 7-8 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add bay leaf and nuts and
continue to fry over low heat till golden brown.

Stir in remaining
ingredients with 1 1/2 cups water.

Cover pan and cook over
medium heat till meat is tender and gravy is thick.

Garnish with swirls of
cream, sprinkle over green chilies and coriander leaves and serve.
