tablespoon dried shrimp paste
3 tomatoes, quartered

cup dried shrimp powder
2 green chilies, sliced

tablespoon tamarind liquid
Salt to taste
Method :
Heat a wok with the cooking oil until
smoking hot. Reduce the heat to medium and saute the onion, garlic and
turmeric until golden brown. Add the dried shrimp paste, shrimp powder,
tomatoes, green chilies and tamarind liquid. Stir and cook until all the
liquid has evaporated. Add salt according to taste.
