g bean sprouts

g shrimps

tablespoon cooking oil
1 medium onion, sliced thinly

teaspoons light soy sauce
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Method :
Remove the tail of the bean sprouts and
remove the shell of the shrimps. Heat a wok with oil and saute the onion
for a few seconds. Add the shrimp and vegetables. Stir-fry for 3 minutes
on high heat. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Add light soy sauce.
Cover and remove from the heat. Serve immediately while still hot with
steamed white rice.
