Stir Fried Abalone with Lettuce Recipe

Sliced abalone
Straw mushrooms
Lettuce
Peanut oil
Green onions, cut 2 cm length
Ginger root
Stock
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
cornstarch
Sesame oil
Sugar

Method :

Cut the mushrooms in half.

Blanch the lettuce leaves
in boiling water, remove and drain.

Put the lettuce on a
serving plate.

Heat the wok and add 2
tablespoons oil.

Stir-fry the green onions
and ginger root until fragrant.

Add the mushrooms and stir
lightly.
-
Add the abalone, stock,
oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil and sugar.

Stir quickly over high
heat.

Put the abalone over the
lettuce and serve.
