Ingredients : 750 g
chicken thigh fillets
3 cloves
garlic, crushed
1/2 medium
onion, chopped
1 tablespoon
fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons
lemon juice
2 teaspoons
ground cilantro
3 teaspoons
ground cumin
3 teaspoons
garam masala
1/2 cup
yogurt
Salt to taste
Method :
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes of 3 cm
bite-size pieces. Use a food processor to blen the onion, garlic,m
ginger, lemon juice and spice until they are chopped finely. Add the
yogurt and salt to taste and process briefly to combine. Thread the
chicken pieces onto the skewers. Place the skewers in a baking dish and
coat with the spice mixture. Set aside for at least 4 hours or overnight
to marinate, covered in the refrigerator. Grill the chicken on a hot
barbecue grill on both sides until the color turned golden brown and
cooked through.
