Ingredients :
500 g minced lamb

tablespoons chick pea flour
1
medium onion, chopped finely
2
clove garlic, crushed
2
tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped finely
1
teaspoon fresh ginger, grated finely
Salt to taste
1
teaspoon garam masala
1/4 cup yogurt
Method :
Use a bowl to combine the minced meat with
all the other ingredients except yogurt. Mix them thoroughly and knead
until the mixture becomes very smooth. Use your hands to form the
mixture into sausage shapes around skewers. Use skewers
that are square or rectangular in cross section because the minced meat
mixture will slip on round skewers.Beat the
yoghurt slightly and coat the meat with it. Then place
over barbecue or under preheated griller until browned on all sides and
cooked through. Serve with
white rice or Indian bread, and other accompaniments.
