lime juice

flour
Oil for frying
Grated carrot for garnishing
Method :
Marinate the chicken with the lime juice
for 15 minutes. Heat the wok with oil. Coat the chicken with the flour
and dip into the oil to fry until golden brown. Remove and garnish with
the grated carrot. Serve hot with some garlic sauce or chili sauce.
