Ingredients :
350 g medium-sized raw shrimps,
discard heads
2 tablespoons cooking oil
100 g Chinese chives
15 green beans (petai)
1 tablespoon lime juice
Spices (ground)
100 g red chilies
1 tomato
5 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
Method :
Heat a wok with oil and saute the ground
spices. Add the raw shrimps, Chinese chives and green beans or petai.
Stir frequently and careful to avoid overcooking of the shrimps. Add
lime juice before removing from the heat. Serve hot with steamed white
rice.
