Ingredients : Serves 4 6
small fillets of fish
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted and
crushed
2 tablespoons scallions, chopped finely
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Pinch of ground black pepper
Method :
Wash the fish and pat dry with paper
towels. Use a bowl and combine the sesame seeds, soy sauce, pepper,
scallions and sesame oil. Dip the fish fillet into the mixture. Heat up
a frying pan with oil and fry it through until golden brown on both
sides. Serve immediately while still hot with steamed white rice.
