Ingredients :
4 firm white
fish fillets
3 cloves garlic,
chopped finely
3 cm fresh
ginger, grated
2 teaspoons Korean chili powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sayce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Method :
Wash the fish fillet and pat dry with
paper towels. Place them in a shallow dish. Use a small bowl and combine
the ginger, garlic, chili, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well and
spoon over he fish. Marinate for 15 minutes. Arrange the fish fillet on
a foil-lined grill tray and cook under a moderate heat for about 5-6
minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. During the cooking, do not
turn the fish. Serve hot with steamed white rice.
