Ingredients : 1 kg
pork chops
7 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons
fish sauce
1 tablespoon
soy sauce
2 tablespoons
oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon
black pepper, ground
2 tablespoons
scallions, chopped finely
Method :
Use a large glass bowl to place the pork
chops. Add in the fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, oyster sauce and black
pepper. Stir well to ensure the meat is well covered with the marinade,
cover and marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat the grill to hot. Grill the pork on all sides until browned
and cooked through.
If the meat starts to burn, move it further away from the grill
element. Arrange the pork on a serving platter and scatter over the
scallions.
