Asian Online Recipes (Malaysian & Singaporean Recipes)
Ingredients : Serves 2-3
1 packet (500 g)
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
Twin rice noodles (Chee Cheong Fun)
Chinese barbecue sauce
Light soy sauce
Sesame oil
Sweet chili sauce
Toasted sesame seeds
Cut the rice noodles into thin strips.
Put into a bowl and pour boiling water over them.
Cover and leave for 5 minutes, drain.
Alternatively, put sliced noodles in a colander and steam for a few minutes until heated through.
Put noodles in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and toss lightly until well mixed.
