Ingredients :
500 g medium
size shrimps
1 tablespoon
anchovy powder
1 teaspoon
shrimp powder
4 cloves garlic,
pounded
2 shallots, pounded
1/4 cup coriander (cilantro), chopped
4 egg whites
4 tablespoons rice flour
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Butter
Chopped red pepper, for garnishing
Method :
Peel the shrimps and slice lengthwise. Mix
in the anchovy powder, shrimp powder, shallots, coriander, garlic, egg
whites, rice flour, black pepper and salt to taste. Stir well and ensure
the shrimps are well coated. heat a non-stick pan with some butter and
sfry the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes. Serve with rice and other
accompaniments.
