Ingredients : Serves 4

g small raw shrimps
1 onion, chopped finely

cloves garlic, chopped finely

teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
1 small stick cinnamon

teaspoon fenugreek seeds

strips lemon rind
1 strip pandanus leaf

teaspoon turmeric, ground
2 teaspoons chili powder

teaspoons paprika
Salt to taste

cups coconut milk
10 curry leaves
A few squeezes of lemon juice
Method :
Wash the shrimps and remove the heads
except the shells. Add all the ingredients except lemon juice into a
saucepan. Bring to a simmering point and simmer for about 20 minutes or
until the onions are soft. Add the few squeezes of lemon juice and stir.
Taste and add more salt or lemon according to taste.
