       Ingredients : 
      750 g
      Lean pork chops 
      2 tablespoons Water 
      2 tablespoons Fish sauce 
      1 tablespoon Sugar 
      3 Scallions, thinly sliced 
      1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper 
        
      
      Method : 
		Cut the pork chops into thin strips after 
		removing the skin and bones. Place the meat in a small deep saucepan and 
		add all the other ingredients. Bring to the boil over high heat. Stir, cook
        for 2 minutes on high heat, then reduce heat to medium and boil for 20
        minutes or until liquid is completely absorbed. Stir towards
        end of cooking time so that meat does not burn. It will turn
        brown. Serve with
        white rice and a green vegetables or salad.
