Method :
Make three large slashes on either side of each of the fish. Press the
lime slices and garlic slivers into the slashes, then place the fish in a
greased ovenproof dish. Pour over the wine, season lightly and dot with
the butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for about
20 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the skin is crisp and
golden brown. |
