Ingredients : Serves 4
15 ml/1 tbsp oil 225 g/8 oz/2 cups un-skinned almonds
30 ml/2 tbsp soy sauce 5 ml/1 tsp chili oil
Method :
Heat the oil in a frying pan (skillet). Add the almonds and stir until coated in oil. Add the soy sauce and chili oil and stir-fry over a high heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and leave to cool before serving.
