Cut tofu into large thin
slices.

Cut bacon slices in half.

Mix egg white and
cornstarch well.

Take 1 piece of bacon to
brush it with egg white liquid.

Place tofu over bacon and
roll it up.

Press the folded portion
downwards.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in
a skillet.

Put in the rolled tofu.

Face the folding side
down.

Slowly fry over low heat
until bacon turns golden brown.

Heat 1 tablespoon in a
wok.

Put in young pea shoot and
stir-fry.

Add salt to taste.

Scoop onto a serving
plate.

Place tofu rolls on top
for serving.
