onion, wash and shred.

and chop finely.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in
wok.

Add chopped garlic and
stir-fry until fragrant.

stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add onion and tomato,
stir-fry.

Sprinkle with wine and
continue to stir-fry over low heat until it is flavorful.

Add deep-fried tofu and
stock, and braise for 15 minutes.
