Scald the
golden gluten in hot water.

stems and then cut in half.

onions diagonally into 2 cm pieces.

tablespoons oil in a wok.

Stir-fry onions
and Chinese mushrooms until fragrant.

Add pork ribs
and stir-fry until fragrant.

Sprinkle with
wine, soy sauce and sugar. Then stir-fry.

Add water to
cover all ingredients.

Braise over low
heat for 20 minutes.

gluten and braise until pork is cooked.
