Boil 2 cups
water in a pot.

Scald green
soybeans in it, then cool under cold running water and drip dry.

Devein the
shrimps.

Wash and clean.
Pat dry and then mix with ingredient A.

Heat 3
tablespoons oil in a wok.

Add shrimp and
stir-fry until shrimps turn red. Scoop out.

Leave 1
tablespoon oil in the wok and stir-fry the green soybeans.

Season with
salt. Add a little water.

Cover with a
lid and braise for 5 minutes.

Uncover and add
shrimps.

Sprinkle with
wine, stir-fry until shrimp are cooked, then serve.
