Ingredients :

Pork lean
Lentil
Salt
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Cornstarch
Scald lentil in hot water.
Scoop and cool under cold running water, drip dry.
Slice pork lean thinly.
Mix together with soy sauce and cornstarch.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok.
Add pork and fry until cooked. Scoop out.
Add lentil, salt and a little water.
Cover with a lid and braise for 5 minutes.
Add cooked pork and sesame oil.
Stir-fry evenly.
Scoop and serve.
