Method :

Scald the lima
beans in hot water, then cool under cold running water, drip dry.

Remove outer
layer of the bamboo shoot.

Shave off the
old skin.

Slice and cook
in water.

Scoop out and
drip dry.

Heat 1
tablespoon oil in a wok.

Add ground pork
and stir-fry over low heat until meat separates.

Add wine and
lime beans, stir-fry.
-
Add salt and
1/4 cup water. Cover with a lid.

Braise over low
heat for 5 minutes.

Remove lid and
add bamboo shoot.
-
Stir-fry
evenly, then thicken with cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water.
-
Sprinkle with
sesame oil for serving.
Note : If
bamboo shoot is unavailable, you may leave it out or use can food.
