Method :

Soften the
Chinese mushrooms in water, then remove stems and shred.

Cut the pork
into 3 cm squares.

Heat 2
tablespoons oil in a wok.

Stir-fry the
Chinese mushrooms until fragrant.

Add pork and
stir-fry until meat turns golden brown.

Add wine, soy
sauce and sugar with the cooked pork, stir-fry.

Add water to
cover meat. Bring to boil.

Braise over low
heat for 30 minutes.
-
Add pearl
beans.
-
Continue to
braise until beans are soft, about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with
sesame oil before serving.
Note : If pearl
beans are unavailable, you may replace it with lentils or lima beans.
