Method :

Soak the black
beans in water for 6 hours.

Scald pork ribs
in hot water, cool under cold running water, remove and drain.

Add 6 cups of
water to pork ribs and black beans.

Bring to boil.

Turn heat down
and braise for 40 minutes until soft.

Season with
wine and salt before serving.
Note : Black
beans contains rich vegetable protein. It is said to be helpful for
proper kidney function and helps ease symptoms of rheumatism.
