Tofu
Chinese ham
Leek
Cooking wine
Oil
Water
Cook ham in 2 cups water over low heat for about 10 minutes
Remove, cool and slice thinly.
Cut leek diagonally into sections.
Cut tofu into 0.6 cm thick slices.
Heat 4 tablespoons oil in wok, fry tofu until golden.
Add leek and ham.
Sprinkle with wine and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Carefully turn tofu once during cooking.
Serve.
