Crabmeat with Tofu Recipe

Soft tofu
Crabs
Ginger juice
Cooking wine
Salt
Vegetable stock
Sesame oil
Cornstarch

Method :

Wash and clean crabs.

Place in steamer and steam
until cooked.

Remove crab meat from
shell.

Cube the tofu.

Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
in a wok.

Place tofu in wok and add
crabmeat.

Add stock, ginger juice
and wine.

Bring to a boil.

Season with salt.

Mix in cornstarch with 1
tablespoon water.

Pour into tofu mixture to
thicken.

Sprinkle with sesame oil
for serving.

Serve hot.
