Five spiced dried tofu
Pork loin
Green soybeans
Bamboo shoot
Japanese cucumber
Carrot
Cooked peanuts without skin
Soy sauce
Hot bean paste
Sweet bean paste
Sugar
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Cornstarch

Method :
-
Cube the pork loin then
mix with ingredients A.

Remove shell from the
bamboo shoot, cut off the hard skin and then cube.

Cube the dried tofu,
carrot and cucumber.

Cook bamboo shoot, green
soybeans and carrot separately in 2 cups of boiling water, cool
under cold running water, then drain.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in
a wok.

Fry pork until meat
separates and scoop out.

Add sweet bean paste and
hot bean paste and stir well.

Add dried tofu and
stir-fry.

Put in cubed bamboo shoot,
green soybeans, carrot, cucumber, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil,
then stir well.

Lastly, add peanuts and
serve.
