Fresh oyster
Soft tofu
Fermented black beans
Leek
Soy sauce
Cooking wine
Sugar
Salt
Wash and clean oysters.
Scald in hot water, scoop and drip dry.
Cube the tofu and coat with salt evenly.
Cut the leek into small pieces.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok.
Fry tofu until golden brown slightly.
Scoop out.
Put fermented beans in and continue to stir-fry.
Sprinkle with wine.
Add soy sauce and sugar.
Add leek and fresh oysters and continue to stir-fry.
Lastly, add tofu and stir-fry well for serving.
