Method :
-
Diagonally
slice the spring onions.
-
Wash and clean
the pork ribs and drip dry.
-
Heat 3
tablespoons oil in a wok.
-
Stir-fry onions
until fragrant.
-
Add pork ribs
and slowly stir-fry over low heat until turn golden brown.
-
Sprinkle with
wine.
-
Add soy sauce.
-
Ad peanuts and
stir-fry.
-
Add water to
cover meat.
-
Cover with a
lid and braise for 40 minutes, until peanuts are soft.
-
Add seaweed and
sugar, continue cooking for 10 minutes.
-
When seaweed is
cooked, sprinkle with salt and sesame oil before serving.
Note : Seaweed knot may be substituted with dried seaweed. Dried seaweed
tastes good, however, it is more inconvenient to use as it needs to be
soaked in water for 2 hours. After washing and cleaning, cut into
pieces. The time for braising will take longer then seaweed knots.
