Stir-Fried Chives with Dried Tofu Recipe

Ingredients :

2 large pieces

7 oz

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

Five-spice dried tofu

Chinese chives

Soy sauce

Cooking wine

Salt

Sesame oil

Method :
  • Slice the dried tofu thinly.

  • Discard old parts of the chives, then rinse and cut into pieces.

  • Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a wok.

  • Fry dried tofu until slightly golden brown.

  • Add chives, wine, soy sauce and stir-fry.

  • Season with salt and sprinkle with sesame oil before serving.

Notes : For those who prefer it hot, add some chili. You may use any type of dried tofu or substitute with fried tofu.
