Method :

Slice the dried tofu
thinly.

Discard old parts of the
chives, then rinse and cut into pieces.

Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a
wok.

Fry dried tofu until
slightly golden brown.

Add chives, wine, soy
sauce and stir-fry.

Season with salt and
sprinkle with sesame oil before serving.
Notes : For those who prefer
it hot, add some chili. You may use any type of dried tofu or
substitute with fried tofu.
