Discard the
stems of string beans and rinse.

Then diagonally
slice thinly.

Remove skin
from the garlic and chop finely.

Shred pork and
mix together with soy sauce and cornstarch.

Heat 2
tablespoons oil in a wok, add shredded pork and fry until meat
separates. Scoop out.

Stir-fry garlic
until fragrant.

Add string
beans, stir-fry.

Sprinkle with
wine, salt and a little water.

Cover with a
lid and braise over low heat for 5 minutes.

Uncover, add
pork and stir-fry until meat is cooked, then serve.
