Method :

Wash and clean
the cuttlefish.

Diagonally cut
crosses on it, cut into large pieces.

Remove skin
from the garlic and crush.

Heat 2 cups of
water in a pot.

Scald the
cuttlefish, scoop out and drip dry.

Heat 1 1/2
tablespoons oil in a wok.

Stir-fry garlic
until fragrant.

Add sweet peas
and briskly stir-fry until they are emerald green.
-
Add the
cuttlefish.
-
Pour wine in,
stir-fry briefly.

Season with
salt and serve.
Note : Sweet peas are crunchy and tasty, and make a simple, popular dish
to prepare. You may replace cuttlefish with octopus or sliced meat.
