tofu.

Cut sushi wrapper
crosswise into 2 cm wide strips.

Cut broccoli into small
florets, blanch in boiling water, then rinse under cold water.

wok.

Stir-fry broccoli until
heated through.

Arrange on the edge of
plate for garnish.

Put a slice of ham on a
slice of tofu.

Wrap around center with a
sushi wrapper, seal edge with flour batter or egg.

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in
a wok.

Fry tofu rolls until hot,
remove and place on serving plate.

cook to thicken, then spread over tofu rolls.
