Method :

Mix ingredients A well
into a batter.

Mash tofu, stir in ground
peanuts and sugar.

Grease pan with oil, pour
in batter and turn pan from side to side to make a large round
crepe.

Place tofu mixture in the
center.

Roll up into a cylinder
and continue to fry over low heat until golden brown.

Slice before serving.
Notes : If the edges of the
crepe are too dry to seal, brush with a little batter.
