Method :

Remove the shells of the
preserved eggs and then cube.

Scaled preserved mustard
greens in hot water.

Then cool under cold
running water.

Squeeze dry and chop
finely.

Soften dried shrimp in
water, then scald in hot water.

Drip dry then chop the
dried shrimp finely.

Cube tofu and line a
plate. Spread the preserved eggs over the tofu.

Spread the shrimp and
preserved mustard greens over the preserved eggs, sprinkle with
creamy soy sauce and sesame oil.

Then sprinkle with chopped
spring onion for serving.
Note : If you do not like
dried shrimp, you may replace it with pork floss. The flavor is just
as good.
