Cut tofu into small
squares of equal size and sprinkle evenly with salt.

Soak mushrooms in water
until soft.

Rinse, remove stems and
shred.

Mince onions.

Deep-fry tofu in hot oil
until golden brown, remove and drain.

Keep 1 tablespoon oil in
the wok.

Stir-fry the pork until
oil is released.

Add mushrooms and onions
and stir fry until fragrant.

Add tree seeds and 1/2 cup
water.

Mix well and simmer for 5
minutes.

Add tofu, cover and cook
over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Thicken with cornstarch
mixed with 1 tablespoon water.

Sprinkle with sesame oil.

Serve.
