Ingredients :
3 stalks broccoli, chopped
250g mung bean sprouts
1/2 cup Water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 cup sun flower seeds
1/2 up water to be mixed with
cornstarch
1 1/2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method :
Heat up a wok or frying pan and add in the cooking oil. Stir-fry the broccoli for
about 1 minutes over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 cup water and
stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add the bean sprouts and sunflower
seeds. Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes. Add the starch in 1/2 cup
water and mix well to dissolve. Add to broccoli and mung bean sprout
mixture along with soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir, then cover for 1
minute. Serve hot with steamed white rice. |
