Vegetarian Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients :

500 g Cauliflower

2 tablespoons Vegetarian oyster sauce

1  tablespoon Black fine pepper powder

1 teaspoon Chili powder

1 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste

Rice flour mix (rice flour + soda + water)

Vegan parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

Method :

Cut the cauliflower into small fry pieces Soak for 10 minutes in salt water. Completely drain from the water. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in a wok until very hot. Carefully dip the pieces into the batter and deep fry for 30 seconds. Remove from oil and roll in parmesan cheese. Serve while hot.
